The offer landed at the perfect time. I think we all agree being in lock-down has introduced some interesting new challenges, but I also feel it has slowed the pace of life slightly, enough to take a breath and think about my own well-being. The length of each individual unit is perfect. Short enough to watch in one go but with enough content to get the key message. I discovered a lot on the course. It was simple, easy to understand and fun!
